Intentional and vigorous movement has always been part of my life; I was a gymnast and a cheerleader before discovering Bikrim yoga.
After struggling with a connective tissue disorder, I slowed down to focus on using yoga to heal from the inside out. When I started practicing vinyasa, I found that the mindful flow not only liberated my joint pain, but calmed my mind. I noticed the yoga practiceas a lifestyle more than a practice, and decided it was time to share that with the world, completing her 200 hour Yoga Alliance RYT Certification with Kevan Gale at Stil Studio.
